About Director
Reaching the top of the company at a very young age, Riedel was born on February 18, 1994, in Manado. As Human Capital Director, he ensures the company has a qualified and motivated workforce that aligns with business needs while fostering a work environment that supports employee growth and development. Bangun Minanga Lestari has become his first and most likely last professional stop.
One of the best young talents in the area, Riedel is actively engaged in many activities and charity programs. Well-connected, Riedel has proved himself prominent. He is currently a member of the provincial Chamber of Commerce as the head of the Housing and Infrastructure Development Committee.
He earned his Bachelor Degree in Business from Pelita Harapan University.
